Having come into care as a stray kitten, Julian's early life remains a mystery. What we do know is that he has grown into a confident, resilient cat who approaches life with enthusiasm and curiosity.
Julian loves his food! 🍗 While his manners weren't the best when he came into foster care, he has since learned to "sit" for dinner and snacks, proving he's a smart boy who's eager to learn.
He also loves to play, especially with wand toys that let him chase, leap, and show off his athletic skills. Like many cats, he enjoys plenty of daytime naps, but he does get the evening zoomies! A fun play session before bed helps him burn off some energy and settle down for a peaceful night of snuggles. 🐾
One of Julian's best qualities is that he's an excellent communicator. He isn't afraid to let you know how he's feeling and appreciates people who respect his boundaries. Because of this, you'll rarely have to guess what's on his mind.
Julian has lived with other cats, but he would prefer a home where he can be the star of the show. 🌟 He enjoys having his people all to himself and has thrived as an only cat in his foster home.
Because Julian's beginnings as a stray were uncertain, moving to a new home may bring back some of his old anxieties while he settles in. He can be sensitive about food and may worry about where his next meal is coming from, but patience, routine, and reassurance help him feel safe and secure. He also forms strong bonds with his humans and prefers not to spend long periods feeling isolated.
Julian does best when he has plenty of enrichment to keep him occupied while you're out. Puzzle feeders, toys, window watching, and other activities help keep his clever mind busy. He's a cat who likes to feel included in whatever is happening around him, and if you've ever wanted a furry little supervisor, Julian is ready to apply for the role. 😹
Julian is desexed, vaccinated, and litter trained, making him ready to move into his forever home. He's recently had a dental, so his teeth are clean and his breath is fresh! 🦷✨ He may require some ongoing dental care in the future, and his new family should be prepared to help keep his teeth healthy and comfortable.
