Patch is one of those good ones. You know… the “why is this dog still available?” type. 🤯
He’s a 5-month-old collie cross with a soft, gentle nature and those big “I will love you forever” eyes. He’s still finding his confidence, but he’s coming out of his shell more every day — and turns out, he’s pretty brilliant.
This sweet boy is coming out of his shell more every day and is so keen to learn 📚— he’s already picking up the basics like a pro, mostly because snacks are his entire personality 🍗😂 (treats = love language)
His recall is seriously impressive. 👏
Off-lead, he’ll happily come straight back when called, even if he’s mid-adventure living his best life. On the lead? Absolute angel. No pulling, just a happy little trot beside you with that classic collie bounce 🐾
His hobbies include:
🐶 Playing with other dogs (big fan)
🦴 Chew toys = elite entertainment
🌊 Beach missions & sniffing EVERYTHING
🌿 Hikes where he can live his best explorer life
Energy-wise? He’s that perfect mix:
Zoomies with his mates → then chilling at your feet like a good boy.
Patch is looking for an active home where he’s part of the action — think walks, beach runs, hikes, off-lead zoomies, and just generally being your ride-or-die sidekick. 🤝🐾 He’s still working on keeping all four paws on the ground (very enthusiastic greeter 😅), so a home without very small kids might suit him best. He also hasn’t been tested with cats yet 🐱
He’s the kind of dog that grows into your everything — smart 🧠, loyal 💛, ridiculously loving 🥹… the best friend you didn’t know you needed.
All he needs now is a forever human who matches his energy for life and gives him the love he’s so ready to give back. 🏡💫
